Intro to the speaker:
Prof. Han Donghai is mainly engaged in the research of food quality and safety rapid non-destructive testing technology and new food processing technology. He published 4 books, one titled "Non-destructive Testing Technology for Agricultural Products", and 24 papers, 16 of which are SCI indexed and 2 EI-indexed. He is currently a member of the Council of the Asian Near Infrared Association, a deputy director of the Professional Committee of Near Infrared, a member of the Japan Near Infrared Society, a standing director of the Agricultural Products Processing and Storage Branch, a senior member of the Agricultural Machinery Society, and a senior member of the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology.
